We can't say that this is a community-wide yard sale. It's much bigger than that! Families are coming together for a one-day yard sale that will be like NOTHING you've ever seen.

We're expecting anything and everything including appliances, electronics, furniture, new and used baby items, clothes, and more. If you've seen it in a facebook group, it'll probably show up in at least one booth!

Concessions, music and a bounce house will keep the crowd until they are absolutely finished shopping!

Restrictions

1. SPONSOR: Business or organization that has shown support monetarily or through in-kind services that may have special privileges not granted to most vendors. Sponsors may participate by selling services or distributing literature.

2. FOOD VENDOR: Vendor selling food and drinks that may be consumed at the event. Food vendors will pursue their activities exclusively; must sell food and beverage only in the designated food booths. There will be no "beverage only" food vendors. Food vendors must not compete with other food vendors on food items. All food vendors must comply with the Georgia Department of Agriculture Rules and Regulations, if applicable. Prepared food must have a valid temporary food service permit posted in clear public view.

3. NON-FOOD VENDORS: Vendor selling new, direct sales or used items, art or craft work. Vendors must have product on-hand.

4. CHARITY: A not-for-profit group or organization that is participating in the event by some means.

5. BOOTHS: A ticket company is used to secure the booths. Each "ticket" is assigned to a corresponding booth. To guarantee a space, booth area must be paid for in advance through the website. Sponsorship booths are $250 each and all other booths are $25 each. Special rates for larger areas are for yard sale/craft vendors in predetermined locations.  Inside of Building A is approx 12x12. Lawn booths are 15x15. Please see venue layout map. Vendors may not extend into adjacent booths or walkways without the permission by Glynn Events. Vendors are encouraged to utilize their own tables, chairs and secured overhead cover, if applicable. Booth spaces are to be kept clean at all times. Trash receptacles and dumpsters are provided. Booths will not be refunded or resold.

6. EVENT TIMELINE:  Set up time is from 5 am to 7:30 am. Yard sale times are from 8 am to 2 pm. Event will not be cancelled or rescheduled.

7. VEHICLES: Vehicles are allowed in the vending area but must be moved after being unloaded. Any late yard sale vendors will have to carry their items in. Vehicles are not allowed in the vending area during the sale and any vehicles in the vending area after 7:30 will be towed off property.   

8. Restricted items:
a. Adult items that require buyers to be 18 years of age.
b. Services provided by non-sponsor vendors.
c. Weapons, fireworks and “poppers” without prior approval.
d. Animals, birds and reptiles.
e. Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or consumed.

f. Only 1 representative for direct sales retail companies. See the right column for each event for current list.
g. Any vendor not willing to comply with these rules will be immediately removed and their booth fee forfeited.

9. Glynn Events reserves the right to make any decision final. By purchasing booth space, the vendor agrees to the rules and disclaimers for the event.
